Mash potato with salmon

Salmon, steamed and flaked
Carrot, diced
Cheddar cheese
Full cream milk


  1. Skin and cube the potato. Put all potato cubes, broccoli and carrots in boiling water and cook for 30 minutes. You may want to use steam too. But you may have to steam for longer period if you want to mash the potato easily.
  2. Mash them all and add in cheese, salmon flakes and milk.
  3. If you intend to store it for future consumption, cool the potato mash and put it in the freezer.
  4. Just need to reheat the mash potato when consumption.
