Ikan bilis (buy those de-veined ones)
- Wash the ikan bilis for 3 to 4 times to remove the salt in the ikan bilis
- Air fry the ikan bilis in batches. First air fry for 10 to 12 minutes at 160 degree Celsius. Then air fry another 5 minutes at 180 degree Celsius to make it more brown and crispy.
- Grind the ikan bilis using the grinder.
- Store in fridge for future consumption.
