Ikan bilis (buy those de-veined ones)


  1. Wash the ikan bilis for 3 to 4 times to remove the salt in the ikan bilis
  2. Air fry the ikan bilis in batches. First air fry for 10 to 12 minutes at 160 degree Celsius. Then  air fry another 5 minutes at 180 degree Celsius to make it more brown and crispy.
  3. Grind the ikan bilis using the grinder.
  4. Store in fridge for future consumption.
