Quinoa scallop porridge with green peas & minced pork

Minced pork
Quinoa
Japonica rice
Carrot, diced/cubed
Green peas
Scallop
Water

methods.

  1. Soak scallop in hot water.
  2. Steam green peas and mash them using electric food masher. Leave it aside.
  3. Marinade the minced pork slightly for favoring. Make them into balls.
  4. Put all the ingredients in the rice cooker.
  5. If you intend to store it for future consumption, cool the porridge and put it in the freezer.
