    This recipe was shared by my cousin but I am not able to find the most important ingredient. So I have to find replacement. But ended up the chicken wings turned out not too bad. To make it a complete meal, I cooked turmeric rice too.

    I have tried to cook lu rou fan but I have never be able to get similar taste to what I have eaten before in Taiwan. Then I came across a recipe that post by someone in Facebook and he or she was using a “special” ingredient to make this lu rou fan! Hence I decide to follow suit and amazingly, I think it was this ingredient that made it taste my recipe of lu rou fan to really taste like the one I tried in Taiwan!

    It looks plain but it tastes good. This nutritious soup is simple to make too. All you need is a good food blender and the ingredients. You can make more for your baby and it can be frozen for 2 weeks. When you want to consume it, just need to reheat and serve.

    I was finding ways to “get rid” of my extra shabu shabu and pork soft bones. Seeing what vegetables I left in my kitchen, I decided to make this pork and potato stew. All the necessary nutrients are in one pot and just need a bowl of rice to go with it. That will be one good hot meal after work.
