    I am not a Korean but i always like Korean banchan (“side dish”). It is not difficult to make korean banchan but when you have to make a spread of banchan (that is common sight at every Korean meals), it is really time consuming. So usually I selectively make the banchan. So I happen to see this simple recipe in youtube. But I modify it slightly though to suit our family’s taste. In the original recipe, the zucchini is sauteed. But I preferred hassle free – so no sautee. You can go ahead and sautee the dish if you like.
