Airfry broccoli and carrot

Preparation & Cooking time: Less than 30 minutes.       Ideal time to cook: Anytime

ingredients.

  • Broccoli, cut to florets
  • Carrot, cubed
  • Salt
  • Oil (olive oil or any vegetable oil)
  • Water
  • Parsley flakes/ Thymes

methods.

  1. In a bowl, mix the oil, broccoli florets and sprinkle salt & parsley flakes/ thyme. Mix well.
  2. Place the broccoli in the air fryer tray and air fry at 180 degree Celsius for 8 to 10 mins. To avoid burning the broccoli, add 1 tablespoon of water in the airfryer. Toss halfway to promote even cooking
  3. Similarly for the carrot, in a bowl, mix the oil, carrot and sprinkle salt and parsley flakes/thyme. Mix well
  4. Place the carrot cubes in the air fryer and air fry at 200 degrees for 6 minutes. Give it a good shake after 6 minutes and continue to air fry for another 4 mins or until golden brown.
  5. Mix both broccoli and carrot together and serve!
