Korean cucumber salad

ingredients.
- Japanese cucumber, cubed
- Soy sauce
- Rice vinegar
- Sugar
- Chilli powder (optional, omit it if you are making for kids)
- Sesame seeds (optional)

- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar and sugar in a bowl
- Pour the mix sauce over the cucumber and mix well
- If you want it spicy, add the chilli powder
- Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving
- For better taste, put the cucumber in the fridge
