Korean cucumber salad

Preparation & Cooking time: Less than 30 minutes.       Ideal time to cook: Anytime

ingredients.

  • Japanese cucumber, cubed
  • Soy sauce
  • Rice vinegar
  • Sugar
  • Chilli powder (optional, omit it if you are making for kids)
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

methods.

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar and sugar in a bowl
  2. Pour the mix sauce over the cucumber and mix well
  3. If you want it spicy, add the chilli powder
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving
  5. For better taste, put the cucumber in the fridge
