Stir fry salmon & vegetables

ingredients.
- Salmon, washed and pat dry, cut to smaller pieces, marinated with some salt
- Broccoli, cut to florets
- Cherry tomatoes
- Lemon slices
- Salt to taste
- Minced garlic
methods.
- In a pot of boiling water, add some salt and blanch the broccoli florets. Drain and set aside.
- In a heated pan with cooking oil, add the salmon and pan fry till it turns golden brown. Dish up and set aside
- In the same heated pan, add minced garlic and saute till fragrance
- Add the cherry tomato, broccoli and lemon slices. Give it a good mix before adding the salmon
- Stir fry for one minute before dishing it up
- Ready to serve!
