Stir fry salmon & vegetables

Preparation & Cooking time: Less than 30 minutes.       Ideal time to cook: Anytime

ingredients.

  • Salmon, washed and pat dry, cut to smaller pieces, marinated with some salt
  • Broccoli, cut to florets
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Lemon slices
  • Salt to taste
  • Minced garlic

methods.

  1. In a pot of boiling water, add some salt and blanch the broccoli florets. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a heated pan with cooking oil, add the salmon and pan fry till it turns golden brown. Dish up and set aside
  3. In the same heated pan, add minced garlic and saute till fragrance
  4. Add the cherry tomato, broccoli and lemon slices. Give it a good mix before adding the salmon
  5. Stir fry for one minute before dishing it up
  6. Ready to serve!
