Singapore is always all-time-summer. But during this December period, we will experience some coldness and heavy rain sometimes. So serving a hot delicious soup would be the best to “fight” the coldness. Especially for me, I will always love to have hot soup for every dinner. And cooking Chinese soup is not a hassle. Just need to get the right ingredients and throw everything inside a pot! Simple isn’t?

I have some left over spaghetti and Prego tomato sauce in my fridge. So what is the best meal to make with these? Tomato based spaghetti! I bought some red snapper fillet to go with the pasta. You can prepare this healthy and delicious meal within 30 minutes!

I tried many different types of pasta for my kid, but so far he only likes macaroni. And luckily, he likes it plain! :p So it is really simple and easy for me to cook. Just need some simple ingredients and you can whip up a nutritious meal for your kid within 15 minutes.

Sometimes, it is really difficult for me to think of a dish to make my picky boy eat his meal. The only way is to make the dish as colorful as possible (hoping to stir his interest), while making the dish nutritious too. It has to be simple to make too so that I can prepare it fast after work.

It does sound simple to make. But I have failed several times before I successfully cooked the “perfect smooth skin” hard boiled egg. I have tried many methods to cook the flawless hard boiled egg. I tried salt water, I tried cold bath etc.. Nothing works for me! Then I finally found a way to cook the “perfect smooth skin” egg for my braised pork rice.
